Unfortunately, when i went to pick up my Highlander SUV,
I was upset when looked under hood and it was a mess with acid spot all over the engine compartment. However, the service manager had it cleaned up. However it was an inconvenience on my time, going back and forward,
Someone needs to oversee the job.

It's a job for each person. Nobody focus on big picture. Simple example, if you work on power, you need to reset clock. But no, it's my problem since each person did their job and didn't care for me.

Satisfied with the services except the way my tire was handled in putting it inside of the van..they could have atleast put some kind of plastic around the tire so that way my whole rear door wouldn't get all dirty and greasy from the tire.
