I had the worst service I've ever had. First off to long just for a oil change then it took for ever well over 30 minutes for my paper work to be generated then I was given the wrong paper work so I was waiting for a car that was already gone because i was given that persons paper work then I had to wait all over again for my car then they couldn't find anyone that can drive a standard car so I had to wait longer.

Air conditioner still malfunctioning as of 8/7/17. Longo Service Dept. failed to find or correct the defect during first appointment. Very frustrated, as the weather is very hot currently and mostly because this vehicle is only 1 year old with only 17,000 miles on it.

Alec Labrada had an attitude when I tried to ask him questions about my Toyota Care Plus plan. I felt like he was blaming me or accusing me of lying even though I was telling him what I was told when I bought the product. I asked him to write down what the Care Plus plan consisted of and he made it clear that he was frustrated as he was writing it down. Overall, I did not feel welcome to ask questions about what I had purchased.
The manager Paul was very helpful and he helped me resolve the matter.
