Not happy with the car wash machine breaking down again. Haven't got any free car wash from Toyota yet since purchasing the van.

Martin is truly an excellent representative of Longo. He is not only a professional Who knows his work well but he is also a personable young man who is friendly and likable by this customer and the reason which is why I continue to do business with Longo and service my truck there as opposed to many other businesses which are much much closer to my home. I prefer the friendly relationship with Martin which makes me feel like I am dealing with a dealership around the corner from my home rather than one which is 30 to 40 minutes away from where I live. I think very highly of him and would commend him for taking the time and effort to deal with me in not only a professional manner but I'm also in a friendly personal manner as well.

Noli very helpful. Car finished ahead of time stated. The close out process takes over 1/2 hour once the car is finished. That time should be reduced. Not Noli fault just seems be to the service department needs streamline the end process.
