Went in to have my tire repaired as I had a nail in my tire. I understood we had no appointment, took techs 3 hours to,repair our vehicle. Upsetting part is when I went to check on the vehicle the techs are hanging out drinking soda and hanging out .. those little breaks happened quite a bit. Then get my vehicle back and inspect my shell when I got home and my rim is scratched.. not sure what can be done or said but feel that I should Yelp this information.
