Juan took a step back to oversee the training of Carlos. They did a good job making sure I understood what was being done on my service and I was really surprised and happy on how things turned out. They gave me an accurate estimate time of service and everything they said were true and accurate. Highly professional and great attitude and I can feel they are proud to work for Longo. Thumbs way up for both of them.

This is the second time I come in to have my 2017 Tacoma service. I was very satisfied with the service I have received from Bruce. He is very knowledgeable on answering all my questions. Has also educated me on what to expect on my future services to come. If my feed back could be given to Bruce is manager I would tell his manager that Bruce Herrera is a good asset to his company.
