I'm just got my oil change, it take too long for waiting about 2 hrs And the service representative not good. He told me it only takes service for oil change but service it not good.

The worst customer service experience ever. Johan and Alfred don't care about their customer. I felt abandoned as a customer. I had to wait for 5 hours to have a maintenance service without any updates until the end and I was pushed to make instant decision because they are closing. What about that 5 hours I was waiting? I feel longo's service is getting worse each time.

I brought the car in for a routine check up and had to wait 6hrs. This is the 3rd or 4th time that's happened. I could get an oil change at Jiffy Lube in20 min. I told the service guy I was going to be waiting there and he said he would try to get me out in3 hrs. I thought that was excessive but it ended up being 6 hrs!

Albert was great but Everything was very slow. When I arrived it took 5-10 minutes for someone to greet me and get my appointment started. My car was supposed to be done between 3 and 4 but when I heard nothing by 4 and called I was told it would be 5. Then When I got the call that it was done at about 5 it took 20-30 minutes for the paperwork to get processed and my name to be called. Finally, after I paid it took another 20 minutes for them to bring my car out. All said and done I was there for about 5 hours for a minor service for which I had an appointment. I can only imagine how long I'd be there without an appointment.
