The representative that help me was ok doing a good job, but at the exit the cashiers and clerks were rude. I was there for my free oi changes when the cashiers see that i am not paying beacuse its free their attitude changed completely; they make you feel as if you arr taking something from them and its not the firts time it happens. So what is the point about asking if sales rep is doing a good job if the cashiers and clerks treat like you are garbage. I am very disappointed in that for that reason next service i will be goong somewhere else

I am more than satisfied. Very diligent and formal. The person taking care of me was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me out with everything and was not only kind but very quick about it. I have never had someone as caring as the customer service as I had with Longo. Excellent service overall and I have no complaints. If you are ever at Longo Toyota ask for Noli he'll take great care of you.
