Longo Toyota Auto Repair Service

Elizabeth Avalos was more then helpful I have no bad comment with her customer service! She was very friendly. Where my service went bad for me was when it came to picking up my 4Runner after its services where done . I was waiting in the outside area and then I hear my name called so I go to the service office to get my paper work and the gentleman that helped me said "that my name was never called" and I told him "yes it was I wouldn't be standing in line if I didn't hear my name". The gentleman said" I can't help you if I can step to the side and wait for your name to be called ". So I waiting for 10 minutes and still no name called so then I walked back to the gentleman and told him I have waited 10 minutes is my truck ready yet and he said "oh yea"your paper work is here. So I waited for 10 extra minutes when I didn't need to! Then the gentleman told me to "just wait outside and my truck will be up shortly." So then I waited again for another 10 mins till I seen another gentleman siting is a chair with a iPad and I ask him "do I need to give you paper work or anything for my tuck to get here"and he said "yes." I then told the gentleman that I" was never told that inside when I got my paper work " he was very apologetic for the other gentleman. I just hope the next time I take my truck to get service that it gets better. It also doesn't think it was very professional that the gentleman that helped me inside the service office had just stuffed food in his mouth Before helping me . I hope the next time I take my truck to get service I don't have to wait longer then I should and the gentleman is a little more professional.

My service issue was small and probably could've taken 10-15 minutes to fix. I ended up waiting for three hours to pick up my car. Not only that, I wouldn't need to be at Longo if they had fixed my car correctly the previous time around. I definitely am not satisfied with the way my case was handled, as well as the speed of service. I'm reconsidering if I should continue to put my confidence in Longo to get the job done, when it comes to service.

Problem with vehicle was fixed but would've appreciated updates while I was waiting there.

I didn't like your touch up work. Colour doesn't match. I am not happy.
