I specifically stated tire pressure light had been on for several months and wanted it checked out. After having my car serviced on my way home it came back on. I live in El Segundo so it's about 50 minutes home. As soon as I got home I called and left a message but have not gotten a call back.

During my visit it seems the car wash pull out the seal that is in-between the car and the passenger doors. I felt it was a good thing no one noticed until the car was delivered to me because the person dropping off the car and Joseph's first reaction was to try to downplay the issue and try to just stick the broken part in place so I would drive home. I feel if they noticed it before delivery they would have hid the damage and sent me home.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received at long not the service of the representative Noli Evangelista was excellent and trying to help me and my situation but the service that I received for my vehicle was awful I had an appointment at 3:30 and I did not leave till 6:50 o'clock I think that is ridiculous and I think What was the purpose of me make an appointment if I had to wait over three hours that's a walk in appointment I could've believe it i had other apptointements that had to be cancel i'm am very disappointment that in me entering the service department at 3:30 I was not help intill 4 o'clock considering not returning to long because of that unfortunate experience so I am filling the survey out because the representative try to help me as best as he could but it was out of his control The person in charge of the servive dept is the person to blame he does not have this department in running order. I really do not like leaving this kind of feedback but I must inform you of the lousy service . Like i said Noli was very apologetic which i appreciate but like i said 2 hours of lost time i had my children with me and it was just unbelieveable .

My only non positive comment concerns the complementary shuttle service. I was thrilled to learn of the service but when it arrived the driver made it clear picking me up was extra trouble.
