The estimated time my vehicle was ready for pick up versus the actual time it was ready to pick up had a difference of an hour and thirty minutes. In addition, the paperwork was said to be done in 10-15 minutes, and it instead took one hour. While waiting for the valet to bring up my vehicle after already showing them the paperwork, I waited over 10 minutes before the valet told someone to get my vehicle.

1) After car was inspected for damages and dents, it wasn't shown to me and were marked down.
2) Car camera was unplugged? Why???
3) No car wash and the delivery driver says it was washed. Why lied?
4) No after service inspection. Because of previous experiences that things are still in the car and/or parts wasn't placed back in it's place.
5) Service agent's mobile device was not working and no backup unit? Should learn from In&Out Burgers.
6) Service agent doesn't seem to be really care.

Somehow you sent my receipt email to my neighbor, Helen Tjie. She replied that it was a mistake ... yet Toyota sent another email to thank her for using Toyota several days after. This incident of wrong email sen... not just a small thing ... it could be that Toyota has been making other mistake with the customer its personal info... that is scary with more and more identity theft these days
