Daniel Tieu was great, but other things were not. Even with an appointment I had to wait over 15 minutes in line to give my car over. And then it was going to be another 2.5 hours later that I would be told what needed to be done to fix my window rolling problem. (Daniel was able to plead my case and shorten the time.) Then there was a long wait time to check out with the one cashier on duty. It looks like more staff is needed to intake the cars, fix the cars and check people out.
I was there a couple weeks ago for maintenance and was told I'd have to wait another 1.5 hours if I wanted to know what was wrong with my window. I had to leave and come back this second time. I suggest you have more people on duty to analyze mechanical problems right away. Both visits were disappointing. My husband and I have been going to Longo for years for purchases, leases and all servicing, and it looks like customer service standards have lowered. These are my honest views. Hope the feedback is helpful.

Longo toyota is my favorite place to take my car for any service, and Noli Evangelista, has the most friendly and nice atitude, I think if everyone treats customer like he does , longo will need a bigger place , cause you'll be getting millions of people every day. Bought a 2016 Camry Battery lasted me 1 year and 8 months I believe it was an after market recycled battery I went back and this time they replaced it with a Toyota battery with warranty glad they did not charge me for it cause I was under the Toyota care warranty but I was stranded on Sunday because of the issue and I had to call triple A multiple times other than that costumer service was great Alexander Ayala was very helpful and got me out of the dealer ship on time for my work schedule.
