I had one issue: I deliberately made an appointment for 7:00. When I arrived, the person with whom I had the appointment was nowhere to be seen, and the person just was rd to wait for was doing other things. It ended up being 7:25 before anyone would deal with me.

I felt personal service with Ryan. Our Higlander, with less than 3,000 miles, took a dump on a long distance trip and Ryan did everything he could to rush the repair and make it more tolerable for us. He kept me updated throughout and was on top of the repair status so I could plan my return trip to pick up my car. He made a bad situation a million times better. I've never had better service from a service manager. Thank you, Ryan. You are truly an asset at Longo and if all the other guys and gals are even half of how you are, I can see why it's #1!
