My husband and i have been customers of longo for over 15yrs . And i was ver disappointed with my last visit. I arrived early in the morning for a basic oil change. And waited for over 1hr just to a service rep.i didnt have an appointment but i feel that there should be a service rep.attending to customers with no appointments.
