Everything went smoothly like a butter. I had a reservation for the safety recall. Mathew took care of writing up the order efficiently. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the dealership, I was already in the shuttle car going back home. And this even includes Mathew retrieving a bag that I forgot in my car which I didn't realize until I went to request the shuttle service.
I'd also like to comment that the drivers for both ways were courteous. The wait for the shuttle back to pick up the car was a little long (1.5 hours). However, the online tracking helps mitigate some of the anxiety in waiting and helps manage time while waiting easier.
I wasn't sure if Mathew was going to call when the service was completed since I called at the ETA of the service and he confirmed that the car was ready for pickup at which time I requested the shuttle to the dealership.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and impressed with the changes that's been made since my last visit, e.g., a central location for payment and picking up car and the shuttle driver tracking as mentioned earlier.
Longo has been my go-to dealership for any service needs and I look forward to coming back for my next service appointment.
