The service was friendly and prompt. My first driver Willard was so nice, but the second driver who picked me up to return to Longo, not so much. He barely spoke to the passengers.

I was satisfied with my service provider Jedediah. The only frustration was that from the time I got a call that my car was done and the paperwork had to be processed to when I actually received my car was almost 2 hours. I've come before and usually the bulk of time is for the car to be worked on but maybe it was just a different day. I was still very satisfied with the service provided

There were no signs where you pay for the service. The area where you ask questions had different people in there hanging out not working. Also one employee was on his cell phone. When I went to the correct area and made a comment that it was confusing the two women employees laughed at me
