Alexis was a great service assistant. He listened to what I needed and didn’t insist on getting any additional services but what I wanted.
Only issue was having to make an appointment for 8:30am and vehicle not even checked til 12:30pm and vehicle not completed till about 4pm

Thought service and response time was great. Didn't appreciate fact that oil change was being recommended when I knew that synthetic oil was used at last service 5000 miles earlier. I had to challenge service agent who conceded to the points I made, especially when synthetic oil doesn't need to be replaced until minimum of 8000 miles and most often st 10000 miles when considering that our vehicle is not driven heavily. I really appreciate the quality of Toyota vehicles but I don't like being hustled to take on services I don't need.
