Everything was great, the only negative was the "car wash". The car was not washed, it was like someone took a leaf blower and blew the dust off. It would have been better if the are was not "washed" at all. It left the mirrors more stained than they were before I dropped it off.

I took my car to get serviced on 8-19-17 and I just today 8-21-17 realized that whoever worked on my car took the original back middle seatbelt and replaced it with an old one and there is missing parts at that.. I am very upset and disappointed cause I trusted Longo Toyota with my car and that is why I didn't mind paying top dollar for your service. I've been taking my car to Longo Toyota since day one that I purchased my car in 2007. To this day no one else has touched my car. I know for a fact it was done there this weekend while in service. I would appreciate it if someone would contact to address this situation my name is Rosie Sanchez ****-****-xxxx.

Was told car would be ready the next day, but no updates other than I called to follow up. The service agent never returns call, not Teddy Chiu, but the one I was told would cover him. Other advisors called back but with mixed information. Totally felt unorganized. Additionally, don't appreciate parts department never calls me about parts ready, but initially said would call me in a week. When relaying this info to service advisor, was told parts department operates differently. Hello!!! This is 21st century, 2017, you tell me you are Toyota, specifically Loongo Toyota, and you tell me you don't communicate with one another. Finally, when I came in to service the recall, I was told you don't have the info about the other recall I completed a week ago at same dealer. Again, very unorganized!!
