Alec Labrada is knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. I was there around 6:40 a.m. by accident. There were several advisors on the floor but only he greeted me that he will be right with me. I told him I was early so I can wait. Still he opened his service before 7:00 to help me. He took care my problem so sincerely. I am very thankful he was there to help me.

I originally had an appt for this upcoming Friday but since my service light went off I called Longo and see if I could just drop it off as a walk in Monday morning, the young lady said yes no problem. I dropped it off before 10a and I never received a call from Martin as another specilist said he would. I called at 2:30p and the gentleman who answered said service was complete but not a sure what the status was with the original issue I had made my appt for. He said that Martin should call me me by 3 no later than. I never got a call and I had to hang out at work for 2 additional hours past my clock out time. My boyfriend finally picked me up and we arrived at longo at 5:30 and my car still didn't have an ETA. The girl at the service desk paged Martin and he never called back. So I walked over to Starbucks where I spent about 20min and when I returned to the pick up service desk MArtin still hadn't given the girl a call back. She paged him once again and that's when I spoke to him and said the maintenance was complete but that car had no other issues. I still had to wait another 15 for him to submit my paper work. Seriously worst experience! And I know with every service the car gets a free wash and my car was still dirty. The girl at the desk apologized and handed me a free wash voucher. I was polite and remained called but even she agreed that Martin wasn't on his A game and that other customers complaint about his work ethics. Over all the time period was way too long. If there was no issue found with my car he should of called me and let me know earlier in the day. Next time I know to schedule my appt with VINCE OR Noellie (spell check) they are awesome!

Great follow up! We were traveling from San Francisco and having our car serviced.
