I have been getting all my service at Longo for over 12 yrs. on my Prius.
I have gotten all my oil changes, etc. There used to be an Express oil change for a while. Now I have to wait 1 1/2 - 3 hrs. for this 'simplest' of tasks--even with an appointment. While I appreciate the other aspects of checking tires, bulbs, etc., is rapid turnaround not possible? Is this not profitable for Longo?
The remodel and all the conveniences built into the dealership are fantastic. No one does it better.
But why do I need to spend half a day changing oil?
