Juan did his job really good but I'm not totally satisfied this time, my car wasn't even washed. The one on Downey and Alhambra does it.

The service was wonderful and Joseph was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I was a little disappointed by the detail cleaning work. Exterior is great and they were able to get out the little scuff marks which is awesome! All the major points I was satisfy with, however, the cleaning wasn't thorough. Between the inseam of my leather seats, I can still find debris and bits and dirt from before I got the detailing. I thought it would be vacuum? Then conditioned? I had a black mark on top of the driver side which was clean (awesome!) but you can see the watermark around the stain area. It just look like the cleaning only focus on the stain area and that's it. I will need to clean it with a wash towel to try and remove the water stain residue. When I picked up the car, all my floor mats were in the trunk, wasn't sure if that's how car was supposed to be delivered? Overall, I'm happy with the detail work but not completely satisfy. I would recommend Longo Toyota to friends and family mainly because Joseph was such a great help to me.
