I arrived a little after 8 for an 8am appt. inwas not greeted by a service representative until 8;45. This is an unacceptable situation. When i complained inwas attended to and did get the service done promptly. But inwill not come back for service again if inwill be made tonwait just to check in like that. Please consider adjusting your proceedures. Thanks.
