I paid for extended service warranty so I thought I was getting oil change and was informed I would only be getting 2 oil changes with service plan which doesnt seem much of a good deal. So all I got was fluids and tires rotated. What I also wasnt happy with was being told I have a 20 minute wait for shuttle service turned into an hour and 20 minutes wait to me lack of respect to me the customer. Car was not washed
