I came to Longo on oct 24 for a multipoint inspection. When I came to pick up my car neither the cashier (Vivian) nor my service agent (Martin Torres) made any effort to provide me with the inspection report. This is concerning because not only do I have the inspection result of my car I am also growing doubts whether my car was even inspected in the first place. Vivian said Martin will email the inspection report and asked me to pay for the multipoint inspection. Up until this point no one asked for my email and Vivian didn’t proceed to take down my information either. So I asked how she expects Martin to email me if no one has asked for my email? She then gave me a post it to write my email. I asked her if there was anyone to keep Martin accountable. She told me to go to his desk and inquire with him directly. At this point I’m furious that I, the customer, have to fight for a service I’ve already PAID for. Nonetheless, I walked over to martins desk and inquire when I will receive my inspection report in my email. He said in a couple of hours assuringly. This was around 2-3pm. No matter how doubtly I was I gave Longo the benefit of the doubt. Unsurprisingly I did not receive any email that day or the next morning. Frustrated and annoyed at this point I went back to Longo the next day on Oct 25 around 8:30am and explained the incidence. The service agent then revealed to me that it seems an multipoint inspection was never conducted per the system but he will get that service for me immediately. Though I appreciated his timely and courteous service, I am outraged that this is the service standard at Longo where a customer have make two trips for a service because the workers didn’t bother to provide it the first time around. I not only will not return to Longo, I will also strongly deter others from doing so to prevent them from experiencing the same frustration I did from this trip.
