Service was excellent from advisor. Only issue was with the tire pressure. Invoice said tires were inflated to 35 psi as printed on door frame. All 4 tires were actually 30 psi so no air was actually added by tech.
I also used the “text” link on longo website to ask for number to call for shuttle. I never got a text back.

Elizabeth Avalos was FANTASTIC!!! I asked just for spark plug replacement and to have my belts checked. She recommended other items which I declined but which were appropriate. She was very informed, helpful and ... dare I say it ... sweet. The technician did a great job. Service was done much faster than anticipated. Price was fair. I live 30 miles away in Santa Monica which has a dealer but I will return to Longo because of the good care by people like Elizabeth. The folks in the building where you pay and pick up your car were great too. Having high quality people makes all the difference and is why I will come back.
