My problem began after the service for recall on my door. I took it back on Minday after speaking woith Noli regarding the problem.. he politely made a reservation for Monday at 8:30 am..I was there on time and was told that situation will be fix by 12:00 pm.. I had brought my 3year old grandson with me since I babysit him.. I don't know if you have any small children but it very difficult to keep him entertained for so long..12 o'clock came and went and I had to surcharge for Noli to fine out what is going on ... I was told that the machinists has not got to my car yet and give them 45 min or so which I did . Approximately 1:40 I was told that my car is ready and nothing was wrong with it.. it's been exactly one week and I'm still having the same problem. I don't want to come and even with appointment it seems as though it takes as much time as when you don't have an appointment.. it is very difficult to stay that long of time with a three year old..As far as what to do regarding my door I don't know.. I can't come in and made to wait so long and no resolution in this matter I am very disappointed since I've been coming to Longo for many years.

Alec was great and very friendly. He was able to check in my car very fast. The one thing I wasn't satisfied was not with Alec but with picking up the car. I waited almost 30 minutes from the time Alec called me that the car is ready till they receive the paperwork in order to pick up my car. Not sure why the paperwork takes so long.

No feed back and very difficult to a hold of her. Dropped my vehicle at noon did not get status until near 5 pm. Called her every hour from noon with no response. Had customer service call her to get a hold of her. She then told me she would call me back in ten minutes. I waited and called her back in an hour. She called me back at 530 telling me that my radio update cost 70 bucks but the update did not fix my phone calls from causing Entune from rebooting. She is probably the worst service manger that I have have from Longo. Her team is great but she didn’t follow up with her customer.
