Jason was great !! I had no problem with Any of the Team at Longo, even the people working in Starbucks were happy and had a smile on their face. My only problem I had was when I got my car back it went into a wash * I don't miND that they washed my car I actually thought it was nice, my problem was it wasn't dried, I had an early appointment with the dealer because at 10:30am I needed to take my daughter to her soccer game, now I had to hand dry my car myself before I could take her, it was going to leave hard water spots on my paint and I had just had my car detailed the week before. I suggest the car wash to be asked not just giving without permission

Service was BAD!
Originally quoted $504 for an "inspection"
When i told them i was going to have my truck taken from the dealer with a tow truck they changed what they said in the beginning.
They told me the $504 included labor and that they found the problem.
Full of lies!
Two incidents in LESS then a month because of "rodents"
Toyota has numerous class lawsuits already filed since the wiring is soy based and this attracts rodents and the warranty will not cover! This is RIDICULOUS!
Will never purchase from Toyota again and will NOT recommend them anymore!
Do something about this! People work hard for their money to be wasting it on repairs!
