Your labor rate is too high which makes your service very expensive when you have to bring it in makes you think twice should you go somewhere else. Others Toyota dealers don't have such a high rate.

My vehicle has smoke and overheat and funny smell after I picked up my repair car and drove about 5 miles. I had to call towing company to tow my same vehicle back to your dealership. Alec told me that they will return my vehicle back to me if they found nothing. But he did not realize that I have been long time customer with Lingo. I would not waste my time to call towing company to tow my car back to Lingo if there was no overheat and funny smell in the car. I was Robert's customer for over 10 years before he became a supervisor of service managers. I NEVER brought my car back after my car had repairs at Lingo. But this time is outrageous. I just picked up my repair car and drove about 5 miles then I saw smoke on front engine which I am not happy at all since I have a full time job. I do not have time to keep going back to Longo repeatedly on the same day. I want all problems of this vehicle to be fixed since I do not have time to keep bringing vehicle back. Please have Robert (supervisor of service managers) to oversea my complaint making sure all works are properly done before vehicle returns to me. If you have to get advise from Toyota expertise, please do so asap.

Ruby woo is a very calm lady. It was Sunday around 10:30am .She took me at the back where my van was parked and the technician (sorry I forgot his name) was very patient explaining the repair that was done, he stopped what he was doing and answered all my questions politely.if I am not mistaken his name is Angel.

Elizabeth was exceptional in her communication and dealings with me. My issue is with the technician. I noticed that the temperature gauge was reading about 10-15 degrees off once I left the dealership. I am certain this was caused at Longo because the gauge was fine before, I check the temp regularly. I immediately called Elizabeth and informed her of the issue and she advised me I needed to reschedule an appt to take the vehicle in. I use my vehicle for work and it is quite the inconvenience to schedule two appointments in the same week. The gauge is still off 10+ degrees sporadically.
