My car was ready much sooner than expected.
The girls at the service center had my paperwork ready and were also very kind.

Nola has been the most personable service person I have interacted with at Longo. I have had nothing but positive and great service from all service members at Longo but Noli has been superb. He made sure everything was perfect and kept me notified every step of the way. I have always just called in to schedule with the Longo service operator it from now on I will contact Noli directly to ensure that I will have him as my service representative.

when I make an appointment, for a specific time, there should be no reason for me to wait next to my car for 25 min. while all the employees walk around and ignore me. Not to mention the reason I was in, was to replace my alarm clicker that comes with the Tundra key, which was lost by one of your employee’s during my prior visit to install theft patrol on my truck. Then to top it off, I was quoted a 1-2 hour wait, but ended up waiting close to 4 hours. When I made the appointment, I was told by the service manager that the part for the keys was in stock, but when I got there, they said they have to look for the part to make sure they have it in stock. Your service department lacks organization and communication. Please hold a meeting with all the employees together and address this, as it is affecting the satisfaction of your customers. I was not the only customer who was treated like this, several people I was in line with, were being quoted a time frame that was completely inaccurate. Thank you.
