I came in for my first 5000 mile service and to check out a faulty low-pressure-tire indicator. That was on Tuesday, Oct. 24. I asked my service rep Johan ****to have it checked. He was very nice, efficient and helpful, and assured me after service completion that the tire pressure sensor was working as it should. All tire pressures were perfect. It had been on and off intermittently since we bought the car from Longo in late June 2017. Yesterday it went back “on” again (not blinking) and has not turned off when the electrical system is in operation. I believe the tire sensor is faulty. I have continually checked tire pressures and all are inflated to the required pressure. Otherwise the car is operating to perfection.

Pls make sure u have enough employees to get our vehicles back after paying at cashier even u guys were having a lunch event. I waited 10 mins for my vehicle. An elderly guy in front of me was yelling..he waited for 20 mins.

Change the advice time that the work is completed to include the time needed to process the paperwork. You have a splendid area in which the customer cools his heels and frets "Darn paperwork. Takes as long to do the paperwork as to service the car. Darn paperwork." Let the customer wander around the lounge area happy as a clam thinking his car is still being worked on. Maybe he or she will buy another cup of coffee or an item from the store. But when he or she hears that the car is ready...... it will be!

The service I got was not the problem, the problem was the waiting time. I waited almost 2 to get a ride home.. I was told because I lived further out. They were taking the people who lived closer home first. Which is really unfair because to me that is telling me that only people who live close by are welcomed. I live in bellflower and I drove all the way over there which is not a problem. If they would have told me the wait was going to be 2 hours long I would have found another way home or got a rental car which I eventually did. After waiting for 2. Hours.

What are you trying to hide??? I brought two vehicles in for service in 3 days, both had dash cams unplugged!!! on previous visit when vhecile was damaged there was a 3 hour delay while somebody removed and erased memory card in dash cam, another servisit a dash cam power plug was broken by attempt to remove power plug. stop messing with the dash cams.
