He told we don't have the part available but in few days u comeback and we u don't have to wait too long just replace one small and easy part of your light . So I came back . When I arrived a Asian lady was complainted about him and took longer to somebody help me . At the end I left my car for 3 or 4 hrs .
You guys need to change your service and make efficient with appoiments .
Note this time was with appointment and still take forever .

Paul or Jose Uribe please call me at your convenience as I am not used to this kind of service. Carlos did his best but there are other issues that needs to be addressed. I have been coming to Longo for a long time and this is the first time it felt very awakward since Jorge Valdez left. I’m sure you can do better since we have been servicing our cars and also bought couple of cars from you. If I don’t hear from you I will follow up with your supervisor.
I come from San Pedro and we have good Toyota dealers close by.
