I asked to have my wipers changed and it was not done initially. When I went to pick up my car I noticed there was Za red check on wipers. I asked the clerk why it was not changed, she said it wasn't on the request. I wanted them change, so I had to wait another hour to have it done. I wasn't charged for it, so that made me feel better. I arrived at 1:30pm and left at about 7:30pm. That was 6 hours. I would suggest not to overbook so that one doesn't have to spend so much time wasted. Otherwise he was courteous and professional, and knowledgeable.
