At first I was disappointed, but then Longo restored my faith in them by paying the entire bill completely. And it was then that I felt they understood the importance of Safety and quality of work to me especially since I had been consistent in bringing my car in for regular maintenance.

I was promised to get my side door seal replaced. The associate removed the seals and kept it and told me they would order new ones to replace for me with no cost. Now when i came to get my car fixed due to the recall and also get this problem fixed the team members essentially called me a liar when i have proof that my pieces are missing because the associate took the seala and now they are asking for over 400 of fees. This is not the way a company does business. You can expect me to never come back to this place. Horrible customervservice.
