Toyota said that they had diagnosed my vehicle correctly to prevent my check engine light from coming on again. They ordered the part and charged me 545.00 to supposedly correct the problem. The service adviser said that they encountered another problem and they wanted to charge me an additional 500.00 to repair it. I trusted they diagnosed the problem correcrly the first time. I answered you question now what are you going to do? Is this all a facade because it I don’t hearr from you and quess that is your response you are just going through the motions . Your recording says when I call you number that you provide the best service in the world . I respectfully disagree!

I had to return yesterday for service because when I did my oil change last month, technician did not tighten the drain screw on the motor oil tank. Car was dripping motor oil slowly since the oil change last month. Truthfully, I am very upset that I had to waste 2 hrs of my time, just to have this taken care of. Service manager did nothing wrong, however, your technician definitely need some retraining. I also suspect that the same technician overfilled motor oil on my car. After almost a month of oil leak, oil level was still full. Hopefully it will not cause any damage to the engine.
