I arrived a few mins early for my 1pm appointment and stayed in the car 5 to 10 mins. Many employees passed my car and no one spoke to us. I eventually got out of the car and advised a young woman, sitting at an outside desk, I was there for my first service appointment. She was on the phone and I overheard her say “I have a guest, I have to go”. She did advise me to stay in my car and she would be able to help me soon. The service rep that did eventually help me was nice and was able to answer a few of the questions I had
