Gregg did a great job in explaining what was the service for yesterday was going to be. He offered me the promotion on tires just as my tires were getting bald. Albert Lopez was the best service person I’ve been encountered at Longo Toyota, helped me with my rental car, helped me with my car to be fixed, set everything up for me so I didn’t have to do anything but just pick up the rental and go.Called me back later that night said your car is finished and come pick it up tomorrow morning it was great service.

I have been there many times before and the service was great but the last time was the wrost. I had an appointment at 2:15 pm so I went around 2 pm. The guy to whom I hand over my car looked little in hurry. He didn’t talked that much. Previously other service guys were nice and used to more information about the service for the car unfortunately didn’t happened last. And I was told the time for service was about one half hour. But I waited 2:45 mins to get my car ready. I am angry or mad but these things happened to me

I took the car in for service at 3 I was told that it will be ready at 5:30 so stayed there and no one started work on the car till 6pm after I asked them few times to find out why haven't I have gotten my cat back.. completely unsatisfied
