Danny was great, no complaints with him. .
The wait time was horrible. My apointment was at 8am which I got there on time and I was “promised” to have my car done at 11:30am. My car ended up taking till 1pm. That is ridiculous. I was also waiting for my car at the dealership. A 3.5 hr wait turned into 5 hrs. That is not acceptable. Do not promise customers a certain time if it is not met.
