We made an appointment to get our car repaired on Saturday at 7:45 am & later on that day (past noon) we were told we had to go back another day to get the repairs done. We were very disappointed to be there 4 hours & repairs were NOT DONE. We left our car Thursday evening so repairs could be done Friday. We were told verbally & in writting that our car would be done & ready by 12:00 pm (NOON), we didn’t hear from anybody all day. I called several times late afternoon & I couldn’t get anyone on the phone until 5:00 pm & my car still was NOT DONE OR READY. After 3 phone calls I was finally told that my car would be done around 6:30 pm SO it was ready (MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSED which is 7:00 pm). I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received Saturday & Friday.

Bruce kept me updated on my car’s service. He is prompt and gives a clear and concise explanation about the diagnosis and repair on my car. He also applies the appropriate discount, which I greatly appreciate. I always ask for him WNBA I Bri g my car in. I also used the shuttle. Moose and Edwin where good drivers and friendly.
I did have a complaint about the wait since I did not make a reservation this time. My car would not start. When it finally did I decided to take to Longo that morning, as I felt it was urgent. My plan was to go to work later. I got to the end of the short line for cars without reservations. It took 30 minutes for me to get under the roof and to be attended to. By that time Bruce had arrived (he was a bit early) and took care of me. Earlier I saw all the other service reps take care of the cars with reservations first and then tended to the cars without reservations. Verly few cars with reservations came after 9 am. However, after 9 am the non-reservation line was very long. I think car owners knew that they would not have to wait much if they came later. Bottom line — Longo needs to speed up the non-reservation line. Otherwise, it was a great experience, as usual.
