Although Longo Toyota is my family’s top choice when getting our Toyotas serviced since we own many Toyota’s in our household, I was hessitant to take my car in for service this morning due to poor customer service experienced in my previous visits. My favorite Service Representative, Jack Reynolds, always took great care of me but ever since he left Longo, no other Service Representatives seemed to care. Ruby changed my perception and was fantastic! She was thorough with her explanations, attentive to my concerns, and honest with her feedback. In fact, she had my issue taken cared of right away. I was already late for work and Ruby was so considerate to my situation. Ruby is an exemplary Service Representative and deserves to be recognized for her efficency and attentive care to Toyota customers like myself.
