Ryan was great. However my vehicle was not actually fixed. This does not have anything to do with Ryan. I would gladly go back to Ryan for any future services.

I am not happy with my truck, with the way it performs, with the service of Longo Toyota and I will never recommend Longo or Toyota period. My truck is making an awful sound so I Took it in to be checked and twice they tell me that there is nothing wrong with it, even when I provide video recording of the noise coming from my truck. I keep missing work just to take my truck in and the last time I had to pay for my own rental while I left my truck overnight. I am extremely unhappy with my Toyota truck and with the facility that I bought it at. If you would really like to help me then tell me how I can just get rid of my truck and be done with Toyota.

My wife & I are long time customers of Longo and while there are other Toyota dealerships closer to our home we choose Longo & Bruce because Longo seems to really make an effort to correct any problems we'vs encountered.
