When I came in to get it serviced I asked for a vehicle inspection sheet and I told him I had at coupon. I got a call regarding what repairs were needed and I was told that I needed new tires but it could wait. I get my car back the next day and my coupon wasn’t included and I had to beg for a vehicle report that would include the maintenances made. When I finally got the report I was hurriedly given it and I noticed there was a note saying my car was unsafe to drive because I didn’t change my tires. At no time was I told this was going to be an issue. I out $2,000 into repairs and I got back an unsafe vehicle! I am incredibly dissapontef how this was handled.

I was very disappointed with the 4 hrs I had to wait for my service. I arrived at 11:42 for my 12:15 appointment, was told it'll be done around 2 but by 2:45 it still wasnt done. I went to the cashiers to ask how much longer just to be told to wait for the technician to call. The technician called around 3 and said 15 mins., I didn't get my car until close to 40 mins later. I understand it was busy, I wish I wasn't lied to about the service time. If I knew it was about 4 hours I would of made arrangements so my kids and I wouldn't of had to sit there for the entire time. This was my 6th time coming for service and the 1st time very disappointed.
