In your service completion invoice it stated that “inspect and adjust all fluids levels “. But I did not see the brakes fluid and cooling fluid were not filled. It was at the minimum level. These questions you followup are just for routine, or to improve the service you provide to customers? This is not the first time I have encountered. You can check with my previous comments using my phone number. It happened to my 2106 Camry also. I have also complained one issue happened to my 2003 Camry service where the bolts to the air cleaner were missing, but with no response back to me. Attached, are the photos for your reference regarding this recent fluid level issue and for 2003 Camry air cleaner bolts missing issues. Your kind response is highly appreciated.

I called to make the appointment on Wednesday and dropped off my truck on Friday morning. Mandi was not there but her team, Nester assisted me. I received a call from Nester around 5:00 Friday that your company didn’t have the parts and asked me to return the rental the next morning. I am very upset. Why didn’t any one check and order the necessary parts? This is my third trips and I have gone to your shop three consecutive weeks. You make me running back and forth. I don’t think this is good service. By the way, my truck is till not fixed. Just FYI, I am a royal client of yours for years. I took all vehicles there for services.
