I had an appointment yet my car sat untouched for nearly 3 hours. I then watched the mechanic begin and she required the help of two male technicians to change the wiper blades so I have no faith in the ability of your staff to remain on schedule or to possess the skills to care for my car. I could say more about my experience but I won’t. I required the help of 2 different service managers Bob and later Paul? They were helpful but I doubt I will have a change of heart and return for future scheduled services.

Gregg Morgan on the Tan Team is the best service provider. I have been coming to him for years to service my 2011 Camry. He is very kind and courteous. I appreciate how Gregg can schedule me in for service and while I wait for my car, he always keeps me in the know of what is going on with my car. I have purchased 2 Camry’s from your dealership and with both cars I have enjoyed having the Tan Team service my car. I’m sure you other teams are nice and knowledgeable as well however nobody beats my Tan Team!

I was really bother that recommend services were not address with me since I would get a phone letting me know if that was something that I would like to take care of at the time of my car service. Instead today nobody address those concerns with me until I looked at my paperwork and saw the recommendations. So now I will need to bring my car back for those services and make time and I really do NOT appreciate that!!
