I appreciate the great service that you all provide to the car and taking action to the recalls, unfortunately I didn’t have anyone to pick me from the dealer to leave my car for service or to bring me back from home I appreciate that you guys provided that for customers, the only negative experience that I had was that my car was ready to pick up by 9:30 am , I call the shuttle service around 9:25 and they told me that it will take about 30 to 40 minutes to be pick up, agreed, but the show up for me at 11:30 am ,without any call or anything that they were late for anything, that the only disappointment,,
Besides that everything was great!!

Alex did a great job of helping to organize my car service today. Even with the challenge of dealing with a high volume of customers coming in he was able to put together my request and let me know the wait time. I did have some concerns because the wait time was gonna push past the time I need to leave for work. Alex was able to arrange a car rental for me as a safety net which I greatly appreciated. In the end my car service was completed more then an hour and half ahead of schedule. I was able to return the rental, pick up my car and head to work a bit early. Overall very happy with the experience.
