Alec did a great job and was very respectful and understanding but I did not appreciate the lack of communication. The time my car would be ready and when it was actually ready. Alec did so all he could to fix the issue so I really appreciate he kindness and service. He offer several resolutions. I appreciate his honest and great work ethic. Just having to wait almost an hour, just not acceptable for me on that day. Any other day might have been on. Just that day was a heavy scheduling day for me. So I would say Alec did everything possible just the time of it all.

Emily, is very well trained for her position as a service writer. She has the knowledge of what she is talking about and keep it simple. She went an extra mile, asking her boss to setup a shuttle ride home for me. "If I couldn't get a shuttle ride home i would have to go elsewhere to have the work done." Long go toyota has been my regular, go to place. I am glad that they have great customer services. I live 2 miles to la puente toyota, but would not let them touch my car due to bad experiences.
