waited over an hour for shuttle service in the morning. Shuttle driver never showed up. Had to take an Uber after the long wait. Aside from that, people we friendly and professional.

To begin my visit, your G1 Phillip was fantastic. He greeted me by name and with a smile and directed me to the service line ????. Next, Alec, also polite, got my mileage and took a exterior video ????. My only concern was that he didn’t know why I was there. Seems like if my name is known and who I’m there to see, being aware of why I was there would be a given ????. The ASM was Gregg because Elizabeth wasn’t in yet. Tic-tax-toe, 3 good experiences in a row. Gregg handled things expeditiously and professionally ????. I needed a ride, so the counter-person was pretty friendly too. But when Eric, the shuttle driver called me, my experience started to change. He never said hello. He asked if it was me and said meet me at the counter. There was 2 other passengers and as we walked out of the building, he led the group, pushed the door open for himself, and then another passengers, one of two ladies, had to reach for the door before it closed ????. Next, the music choice, I felt, was inappropriate. The singer was describing what he wanted to do to _itches. Wow! Eric also came to pick me up once my car was done. Now, he was different. He identified himself when he called me for pick up. He actually initiated a conversation. Told me how he enjoyed working for Longo, ahe even smiled a time or two! Hope this helps.

i will give him only one star for his service, when five star is the top rank. he is not familiar with the service, fail to locate my toyota care plus information even its my 13th time to longgo for maintenance. when i was giving some feed back about my 65000 maintenance he is pushing customer and wasnt helping at all. with this kind of repensative you will lose money longgo.

Longo had windshield replaced for my brand new Prius prime. But when I got my car back the camera cover piece on the windshield was broken which didn’t break before. I contacted Bruce and he said he will call me back on the same day and he never did. Longo still didn’t fix that camera cover piece. I bought my car from Longo just last week. I m very fractured and not satisfied at all. I hope someone will address this issue ASAP.

Noli's service was great. The work preformed on my vehicle took quite a bit longer than the initial estimate 10:30, until 2:00. I would have taken the shuttle home had I known it was going to be that long of a wait.
