He wasn’t push at all. He was extremely polite. There was no hassle from him. I ask him to find me coupon for oil change. He instantly applied w/o look up the internet. I will go back to him again when I have more time to do major service at next visit.

Alex was great and very attentive to my concerns. I didn’t expect to be at Longo the entire day but Alex was able to arrange for me to have my truck serviced and out the same day for personal convenience. I don’t trust anyone but Longo with my trucks and with personnel like Alex I will continue to bring my business here. By the way your tech did a great job. Headlights like new and truck running great !
