I waited 3 hours 40 minutes for just engine oil change with an appointment.
Advisor did not call or text me about status of my vehicle...so, I had to ask hiim in person to check estimate time.. I had to wait 1 more hous after he check with machanic... I drove an hour to Longgo Toyota for great service... my precious Saturday morning was wasted... I do not understand why did you guys offer appointment....

I’m 40 weeks pregnant, so at any Moment I could going to labor. I was really nervous about leaving my car for a long period of time being that it was very busy on a Saturday morning and expecting to get my car at least 5 hrs later. Mandi Davis went out of her way to Reassured me that if anything were to happen, my car would be out as soon as possible or if there was a delay they would make An arrangement for me to get a car rental. Luckily I didn’t go into labor and my car was serviced within 2 1/2 hours. Also I had forgotten the mailed coupon I received from Longo and Mandi was able to help us out and get us a get deal. Thank you Mandi for your excellent customer service.
