After having a tire changed out due to damages, the spare which i had put on to drive for the two days before I was able to have the vehicle serviced, was left in the bed of the truck. I was told that the mechanic did not have the tools to raise or lower the cable that holds the spare tire below the bed. After notifying the sales rep, the spare tire was positioned correctly in a very short period of time. Possibly could have been an oversight. Thanks,
