It was not Alec’s fault though. Looks like the Salesman Figo He or the Parts Department ordered the wrong parts for my car last April 22nd. I had an appointment for this morning to have it installed, thinking and hoping that everything will be fine. I came in for my 8:45 a.m. and Alec was the service advisor who assisted me. He said the car will be ready before 1:00 p.m. At about 11:00, I got a voicemail saying my car is ready. When I got my car back, lo and behold, the reason why I came for was not resolved. The service department replaced a part that should have not been replaced at all, the problem still exist. For a brand new car which is about almost two weeks old, with a missing part, I’m totally disappointed. Alec went to the parts department, and said they’ll mail me the parts and that I can just try to install it myself. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with Longo Toyota.

Took my car with appt. at 11:30 am to replace. One tire I was told my car would be ready by 4:00 pm my car end up being ready at 5:30 just to replace one tire...I just can't believe these type of service.
