Biagio was very professional and competent. He listened very closely and took very detailed notes as to the services that I needed performed on my vehicle. He also offered me other service options in line with my service needs but was not pushy about it. He was also very honest in that he advised me that my brakes did not need replacing (which I already knew) and that I could go a little longer on my brakes. I informed him that I would be doing extensive traveling through the Rockies and needed my brakes to be in tip-top shape. Overall a great experience.
